GOOD MORNING!!! Its twofer-tuesday. Add an extra workout to your routine today with some killer core crushing!!! Like this post if you enjoy seeing these video posts so I know if I should keep making them! ✨How many times should you work your core during week?✨ --------------------------------- Each of our muscles need a break in between workouts so they can rebuild and come back stronger! Thats why you typically have a legday backday armday etc. so your abs fall into that category too! You dont need to do much to get a deep midsection workout but it takes a lot of focus so you can fully engage and contract those muscles! I recommend working on your abs every other day but remember! Your nutrition has to be up to speed with your daily workout! Add in a a challenge by using a weight, medicine ball, heck get creative with a gallon of water and balance on your sits-bones, lean back and raise legs! Go!!! Do 20 reps in each of the 4 sets. Repeat for 10 mins!
