GOOD RESULTS OBSERVED IN MY YOGA CLASS.NO 12.DATE 21.10.13 Professional Hazards- pain in fingers not rheumatoid. We on F B only revolve around BP, Diabetes, spondylosis, stress, Arthritis etc but never think of common problems faced by other professionals. This time a lady working in beauty parlor for ten years of late reported pain in fingers especially in case of Mehendi application taking an hour each session. These problems faced also by hair cutters, tailors and many. We could not tell lady to avoid activities that cause or worsen pain because her family runs on her income. She had X-ray showing nothing, in consultation with ortho and physio. Somehow problem continued. Besides normal yoga pattern we trained her in certain finger exercises like palm grip, fingertips pressed down on the flat surface, palms touching each other and fold fingers down etc. After 15 days her problem solved and she was happy to continue job comfortably now does yoga daily. Your question may be why yoga when pain related to fingers? Daily dose of yoga built up energy levels, calm mind on the job and overall body flexibility. Comments: When person reports for any problem we first ask them to undergo our standard 90 minutes yoga work out. In addition we train for specific yogic kriya which they are supposed to repeat at home.Trust all this training FREE for my passion. YOGA IS SANJIVANI.
