Game time; buffalo chicken wings Cooking spray 3/4 cup flour 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt 4 1/2 pounds chicken wing, separated at joints 1/2 cup melted butter 1/2 cup hot peppers sauce Line two baking sheets with aluminum foil; coat foil with cooking spray. Put flour, cayenne, pepper, garlic and salt in a ziplock bag, and shake to mix. Add the wings, seal, and shake until well coated. Put wings on baking sheet in one layer, and refrigerate one hour. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. In a small bowl, whisk together melted butter and hot sauce. Dip wings into the mixture and return to baking sheets. Bake about 45 minutes, turning once until crispy, remove from oven platter and its a wrap!!!!!
