Go ACT questioned the issue on the required ballistics for renewal. It was clarified that the ballistics is not required for all but rather, only those with fa purchased dec 31 2009 and earlier will be required ballistics since these are not inputed in the new system (?). FA purchased from jan 1 2010 to date need not go through ballistics. Again these are now on the records. If this is not implemented as stated then GO ACT will make noise again. Note that this is for the current processing of the LTOP for those with expiring licenses
