Yoga isnt a practice only for the days when you feel limber. its meant to work with your body regardless of its current condition. Yoga channels energy through the structure of the body, revitalizing you no matter how bad you feel. Happy Friday Yogis! Hayley Babbitt is teaching the 5:30 tonight and 9 am tomorrow. Hayley is Kripalu trained and is a physical therapist. She has been enhancing several classes a week by offering adjustments, and weve been loving it! Warm yourself thoroughly in Hot Yoga this weekend! Josh leads the 10:45 Saturday, and Warren has the 4:15 Sunday. Lots of great instruction in both, fear not, beginners! Then wind down the weekend in Community Yoga class Sunday at 6 pm. Brittany will calm, soothe, and warm your soul. Beginners welcome!
