God planted the seed of vision in your heart, a glimpse of hope, something to aim for, a destination for your life. Keep your eyes focused on the vision. Don’t look to the left or the right. Don’t focus on circumstances that can discourage you, but focus on what God said. God planted the seed of vision in Abraham’s heart. God told him he would be the father of nations, but Abraham was old and his wife Sarah was far beyond child-bearing age. In Romans chapter 4 it is written of Abraham: who, contrary to hope, in hope believed, so that he became the father of many nations, according to what was spoken, “So shall your descendants be.” And not being weak in faith, he did not consider his own body, already dead (since he was about a hundred years old), and the deadness of Sarah’s womb. He did not waver at the promise of God through unbelief, but was strengthened in faith, giving glory to God, and being fully convinced that what He had promised He was also able to perform. (Romans 4:18-21) God operates in the realm of the impossible, because in the realm of the impossible He does His greatest miracles. What is impossible for men is possible with God. He can bring light out of darkness and life out of death. By His word the void was filled, bringing something out of nothingness. By His Word the world was formed. By His word stars filled the night sky. By His word life sprang up in the seas and on the land. By His word trees and flowers bloomed. When God speaks amazing things happen. Don’t look at the circumstances around you, just believe God and get ready for a miracle.
