God wants us whole...thats what Jesus paid the price for...salvation means wholeness in every area of your life spirit soul and body..emotions, physical etc.....the word sozo in greek used for be made whole and saved...is very similar to shalom..peace.....which is hebrew...and means wholeness as well...and healing is part of that....my point here is we do not earn salvation...and part of salvation is healing...."wholeness"...he was chastised for your shalom...by his stripes u r healed...Isaiah 53 So for someone to tell you u have to earn healing...maybee if u r good enough..etc..is bull crap...dont believe them...jesus paid the price for it.....for your wholeness..its a gift.. unearned favour aka..grace:) check this out Isaiah 53 in the message bible ! so good...brings out what im saying very well.. But the fact is, it was our pains he carried— our disfigurements, all the things wrong with us. We thought he brought it on himself, that God was punishing him for his own failures. But it was our sins that did that to him, that ripped and tore and crushed him—our sins! He took the punishment, and that made us whole. Through his bruises we get healed.
