Going in to the new year its Important to understand. Everyone is different what works for you may not work for others mentally and physically. Two that any diet people can believe is the end all be all and get great results and works. But then they can get tired of it or have a bad experience and lose a show or something and then regardless of how good they looked or great the diet was at the time it is junk now and no one should use it. You see this a lot. A person for example could get great results from fasted cardio then read and article or their favorite fitness hero does non fasted cardio or they develop person biased against someone who does fasted cardio and now all of the sudden fasted cardio is no good and anyone who does it is lame. Lol this has so much to do with why people pick diets and training styles. I hate to break this news but the majority of the type its based on a biased or someone has somethint to prove to someone on something so they want results but the way that makes them feel either right in their choice or allows them to prove something else to others and say see I told you. Lol. Sry Im not meaning to sound sarcastic or rude that is not my intention Im just saying results speak louder than words and trophies do as well. So people can do whatever they want and should but just be sure your choices for work outs and diets are for the right reasons and not to probe something to someone which is really yourself your trying to convince as well or chose a program that is comfortable. People keep adapting their training and diet to something that matches to more what they want to do rather than what is best for them. Because at the end of the day change is very painful and looking for the comfortable way can be very risky.
