Good Afternoon FB family and Friends….Earlier this week I post that I quit my job still happy and excited about it!!!!!!!!!! Are we required to stay in a job and endure intolerable conditions such as harassment?????…. This is why I’m not there now, little things like this….and this goes on all the time at this company... And North Carolina is an At Will state….umh need to be change good employees are losing jobs with none or little help to stop employer like Mr. R….. Well just receive a phone call from one of the employee that work there…She inform me that the boss/owner of company was holding my check, that is due to me.. I have already worked those hours, it may not be much to the next person but it’s mine. So of course I ask why?????? She told me to give him a call watch I already knew how this was going to go. I intern said no I was not going to call instead I will text him……. I did, of course you can just see how this is going… I said “Mr. R I need my check”. He call me right away … Gm Deedra how are you today …I said nothing again… he said GM Deedra how are you today….of course he already knew how I was…..then he said Deedra I’m financially unable to pay you today…..so I hang up…Now it not even about the money anymore it’s about who is he to pick and choose who is less worthy to get paid or not.. He doesn’t know my situation…so am I the only one not getting paid today???? If so, is my little check going to put him back on easy street?????? I think not ….so is this a form of harassment?????
