Good Morning. Its Monday. A Missouri man, with a long virulent history of anti-Semitism, is suspected of killing a boy and his grandfather outside a Jewish community center in Kansas City and a woman at a Jewish assisted living facility nearby. While police in Overland Park, Kansas, stopped short of labeling the Sunday attacks a hate crime until they were further along in their investigation, the suspect -- Frazier Glenn Miller -- is the founder and former leader of the Carolina Knights of the Ku Klux Klan and the White Patriot Party. He also yelled, Heil Hitler, from the back of a police car. Miller is 73 years old. He is now charged with premeditated murder. ---Pro-Russian protesters forced police out of a building in the eastern Ukrainian city of Horlivka, witnesses reported Monday. A live stream camera from the demonstration showed protesters confronting police and walking through the building, which had small fires and broken windows. A severely beaten man in a police uniform was taken to an ambulance as onlookers shouted at him. Horlivka has a population of about 300,000. This is the 10th incident in eastern Ukraine in recent days by CNNs count. The head of the European Union says, “Further sanctions have to be the response to Russia’s behavior,” William Hague warned, saying that the ministers would still need to negotiate “much more far-reaching” punishments against Moscow. --In Australia, the search for Flight 370 has taken a turn. Officials now say the batteries in the black boxes have died. They have sent down an un-manned mini sub. It will take sonar pictures from deep beneath the Indian Ocean. It is a painstaking process. Itll take 2 hours to go down deep, 16 house to mow back and forth in a grid pattern and two hours to come back to the surface. Itll then take four hours to download the pictures. Wow. Ill end my note with this: When they tell you not to joke about bombs in the airport -- they mean it. San Francisco 49ers linebacker Aldon Smith allegedly told a TSA agent he had a bomb. He was apparently upset that hed been pulled aside for a special screening. This all went down at LAX. Smith was booked for making a false bomb threat. See you at 9 and 10 AM ES.
