Good Morning Peeps: As you know our legislators are busy as bees down in Cheyenne making the new laws that we really dont need once more. Here are some I looked into and think we need to kill them right now. HB48, headlights on when wipers are on. Most new vehicles this is automatic, in my truck when I start my truck my lights come on and only go off when its a really sunny day. so to me its a stupid bill, and a waste of time. HB 41 requiring a license for cutting hair, bonk....stupid bill. HB44, add tax on prepaid cell phones. waste of time and would generate very little income. HB53 increase in non governmental agencys like the business council and give them more control, I think they have caused enough shit dont you? picking winners and losers for loans and grants. HB68 cant take a photo of your ballot? what are they worried about we might figure out the machines are perhaps manipulated in their vote counts? thats you ballot and you have a right to show it to anyone you want. HB63 they dont want to publish unclaimed property in new paper? HB23 new science standards. (AKA) Common CORE. if I wanted my kid to be stupid id of sent him to public school. HB38 repeal campaign contributions. so corporation can continue to buy their favorite politician.SJ2 taking tax dollars and playing the stock market like a lottery ticket. absolutely not. the volatility of the market is one for fools most times. and we should not be forced to play that game period with tax payers moneys. Now some of the ones that will effect many people especially the car people of this state. HB74 requiring two plates on all vehicles. what for? sf19 vin inspections, SF11 requiring not only a photo of the vehicle but a vin number and records for anything you buy. especially if your a junk dealer. HB9 increase in tax on alternative fuel, so those high breads and electric cars they are going to cost you more money, so where is the savings in getting them? none. HB4, fence law. we already have one the fence them out law in the state law. so this is a waste of time.SF13 firing squad how stupid.... we have one inmate on death row. hes old and will never be released, so whats the point? HB69 abandoned buildings in downtown. This opens the door to blighted property claims that can be seized by your local city and resold to the highest bidder, there by stealing property from actual owners. HJ2 The elimination of your VOTERS RIGHTS TO ELECT A SUPER INTENDENT OF SCHOOLS. THIS IS TOTAL BULLSHIT. CALL AND EMAIL IMMEDIATLY AGAINST THIS. people you are in control if you take it to them first hand write email and call to stop some of this today. im going to read into a few more and see what hidden around the corner,,, but I thin kwhat surpises me the most is some of the names on these bills. as always keep up to date and informed in your areas.. god bless jude
