Good afternoon my warriors! Step outside, face the sun, put your head a little ways back, close your eyes and soak up the power of life. True, you are not a plant, but the human body and the human spirit still needs the power of the sun to feel alive. It energizes and invigorates, it helps you to shake off that dead feeling and immobility that sitting still for too long imposes on you. Remember what it is to live and then go out and live at full throttle once again. Sometimes it is simply going back to the basics to be able to move forward in a world that tends to forget where it came from. FYI … these are my own personal prayers (which tend to be more like conversations with my best friend) that I choose to share with you in the hopes that you will understand. Christianity is not a religion it is a walking, talking, breathing, love affair… a way of life. Father, Thank you for this world we live in and the sun, the moon and the stars. Thank you for the air we breathe and the trees that make it. Thank you for the flowers, and bees that pollenate them. It is the simple things, the well thought out creation and the life it brings that makes us remember and appreciate the power that life has at its basic heart and soul; a reminder of what makes us whole. I come from farmers, miners, teachers and religious leaders (not necessarily preachers, but those that breathe the word and live each moment in the knowledge and wisdom of your heart beat); this is my history and a good part of what makes me who I am. When I need a reminder of me, I look back on them and they set me free to be who you created me to be. I am renewed every single time that I break the earth to plant a seed. I am energized every time I set out to teach. I try very hard not to preach; for other souls will close their hearts and minds whenever someone tries to force them to open their eyes. I try to take what I was taught and what I know in my very own heart and teach by example and let your love and knowledge flow through that ever moving force. I want to unearth the most beautiful jewel ever made within the hearts of those that live in the damp and dark cave that imprisons them. This is what I know from the teachings of those that came before me and with each generation that comes after me, I pray that the light will shine on any path they take. Thank you for you saving grace. You and I have come a long way through some very dark and dangerous days. I love you Father more than words can ever say for being with through every single step of the way. In Jesus’ name… Amen. Be victorious in all you do; know you are beautiful; know you are loved; know you never, ever walk alone; honor the one that created you; honor the one that died for you; and remember, there can be no half way… laugh… til you pee and warrior on! ~
