Good day my Facebook friends.I am very lucky to be alive and able to communicate with you today after what I experienced late yesterday afternoon.I was involved in a car accident,involving myself and two light delivery vans.I drove along the freeway,and 8 kilometers on my way back to where I stay,I heard a loud bang and I new something hit my car.When I got out of my car I expected to see the drivers side of my car to be totally destroyed, because of the loud impact I heard.I was surprised to see only the mirror on the outside was gone, with very small dents on my front and rear doors,and a slight bend on my front and rear wheels.The loud bang I heard was the result of the impact between the two vans.I could have driven my car away straight after the accident, but because of my insurance, had to be towed back to where I stay by an approved towing vehicle man before getting transferred to the panel beaters.The two vans were not so lucky during the collision.The one van in front of me that was hit, on the drivers side also, went right of the road and down a slope next to the road.He ended up against a fence down below.The other one that caused the accident was traveling at such speed that he was lying down the slope also,about 70 to a 100 meters behind my car.The van near my car was knocked right of the road.His van is a right of and cant be fixed.If it were a head on coalition a few people would have died on the spot.So much of a horror experience.I am all in one piece,not a scratch and without any bodily harm.I am grateful.The driver of the van that was in front me came of unscathed with no injuries.The one that caused the accident was slightly injured.I suppose it was not our time.An accident can happen when you least expect it.Thats the stark and frightening reality of life.You dont know when! Life goes on for us,luckily.
