Those that would seek a lesser standard, particularly those that would testify before committee to the lesser standard, are no friend to the brother and sisterhood of wounded and injured... I would speak to the Legion and others who have already testified in favor to a Bump to the Chump. They would compare the Sacred Obligation level of respect that Major Mark Campbell and over two thousand wounded to that of a workplace accident in Ontario with a cap of 350 thousand dollars. They would ignore the voices of th wounded, they would ignore pat Stogran and those who believe, as do I, that those who were wounded in Afghanistan deserve the same level of Pain and Suffering compensation as do we.... and tens of thousand other veterans. Why is their two standards?
