Good morning, Calvert County! This date will be forever etched in our memories as a tragic reminder of the horrific events that occurred. While we have our struggles and issues day-to-day, nothing compares to the hurt and anguish that we as a country suffered at the hands of terrorists. Please keep those families who were directly impacted by this event in your thoughts and prayers today - and please take a moment to reflect upon the many privileges we have as a nation that are only ours because of the valiant and heroic efforts of our military members, first responders, police officers and others who sacrifice life and limb to protect us.
