Good morning FB. Many of you that know me know my job involves coaching mentoring and helping others succeed. Well now its time for me to coach myself. For those that dont know I am a chronic asthmatic with many allergies. And western medicine has not succeeded in managing my asthma hence many recent attacks weight gain and allergic outbreaks. I have decided to go another route and began with a body detox and significant diet change that hopefully will result in less body inflammation better nutrition and overall wellness. I was embarrassed to let my friends know for fear of discouragement, but as I tell my students it helps when others hold you accountable for your actions as well. Support is welcome as I journey my way to better health.
