Good morning everyone! Well Steve is home once again and resting! He had an echocardiogram taken just before leaving the hospital to see what if any damage was done to his heart. Praise God! There was NONE! The Doctor said it was because they worked on him so quickly but I know of a Higher Power who was in control of the situation! We can never truly express how grateful we are to everyone who works for the N.H.S. though. We both received 5 star treatment from all the staff at both hospitals. One tablet Steve is on makes him short of breath which apparently will last around a week before it starts to kick in properly. That is a good thing as it will keep him from trying to run before he can walk! A little thought for today - No matter how deep our own personal gloom may seem, God does have plans for us. He will keep his promises to us. He will deliver and bless us. We can have a vibrant hope and a bright future because of His faithfulness and our trust in His Son, Jesus, who delivers us from every foe. Jeremiah 29:11 – “For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says the LORD, thoughts of peace and not of evil, to give you a future and a hope.”
