Good morning friends!!! Today lets do our best to eat lots of protein! Workout for at least thirty minutes ( again if your ra will allow you too ) I challenge all of out members to post a picture of their low carb breakfast. Ideas for breakfast!: egg whites with salsa on a price of whole wheat toast and a piece of fruit. Two hard boiled eggs with a slice of whole wheat toast topped with peanut/almond butter & piece of fruit. Turkey bacon or sausage with egg whites wrapped in a whole wheat, low carb tortilla with a sprinkle of cheese and salsa!
