Good morning friends...one for the day before Friday.... Spiritual attacks are targeted to gain control of our will. If our will is broken, we will fall. By making sin attractive, the enemy aims to weaken our human will and cause us to fail God and humanity. Understand the devil cannot violate your will. He does not have the power to override it. He must have your permission to take you over. Even a non-believer has the willpower to say, No! to the devil. The Holy Spirit will never override your human will. Instead He speaks to it, witnesses to it, instructs it. But He will never violate it. The choice is your own. The devil, on the other hand, wants to violate and control your will. He will wear it down by lies, tragedies, harassment and bombardments until he owns it. If you easily yield your will over to his methods by falling prey to the circumstances he puts around you, your will weakens little by little. Before you know it, you have no strength left to fight, and he owns your will. You suddenly find yourself giving in to everything he suggests or puts before you....the choice is still yours..!!
