Good morning to everyone, I wont be available much because of homework. I do have a question I have had a continuous headache (since 2013), pain in my back (over lungs which is where I get it during asthma attacks), now the hives that the doctor says is nerves, NO energy, and since I lost weight I have only had to take a breathing treatment 1 time due to cold but since June 2014 I have had to take them on 5 different occasions (prescribed more then one time during each occasion just cant remember how many total). Here is the kicker if I am out of the house the headache goes away of course the asthma pain is there but not as bad, and the hives get better not gone but lighter in color. John also has complained of headaches and he very rarely gets a headache, he has no energy, and wants to sleep 99.9% of the time. He has always slept stupid schedules but it seems that as soon as he sits or lays down he is asleep. In January December 2012 when the brain dead contractors put a tarp up on the house with holes in it and it leaked I have found out that they fixed the drywall but NEVER pulled the insulation out (I collected 3 1/2 quart jars of water from this leak) the person fixing said the insulation was not wet (I was not here for that fix or I would have dealt with that then), since the storm in May 2014, we have 4 additional rooms that shows that there are leaks in the rooms, and there is water damage around two of the doors where the wind from the storm blew water in and soaked the floor and the walls around the door. Granted I think what happened with the ceiling damage is that the wind blew the water under the shingles and they have laid back down because the damage has not gotten worse but still the insulation and the wallboard was wet. Also, since the May 2014 storm a hot water pipe busted neither one of us can get down under the house to fix it due to Johns knee and my allergy to spiders and being claustrophobia which it really doesnt matter because we were advised that since we put a shut off valve in at the hot water heater and can stop this leak to use that until we can get the insurance to court, but when the furnace guy was here yesterday we had to clean the furnace with a bleach solution because mold had started to form in the furnace unit. The area the furnace is in it sets on concrete and the furnace, hot water heater, washer and dryer are there. I noticed yesterday that the concrete is wet, but the washer and dryer sits on a carpeted pedestal that my dad built to raise them up (they are front loaders) the carpet is NOT wet the washer is NOT leaking but this concrete is wet. The area by the furnace I seen it a couple of weeks ago that it was wet but just figured that since the AC unit was on and it has a drain in the floor right there that is what it was from. But the AC has been off for since the cool spell either Monday or Tuesday this week and it is still wet. The floor joist that runs under the house from the kitchen to the bathroom you can tell it has either broke or shifted but done something stupid because the fridge sits in that part and the freezer side door will NOT close on its own now you have to push it shut. The tub use to drain as you showered and now it is so damn slow that it collects water and takes a good 30 minutes to drain. John kept blaming my hair was the reason but I go in and clean the drain a number of times to clear of hair. My question has anyone had any experience with mold and if so what were the symptoms? How long did it take for the mold to cause problems? How do we get this checked without being put on the streets with no place to stay. I already know that the insurance does NOT cover mold damage but the attorney said if it is that they would be responsible because they did not fix the problem that caused it. I am just lost I have tried really hard to not complain on here or talk about the problems but I need some help. John is not very helpful right now in fact he is negative Annie at this point and is driving me crazy or crazier not sure which because he is just fed up with hearing the complaints that he says I am going around looking for because we live in an older home and I just need to realize it. I know we live in an older home but dang it I also know when things are NOT right and they are not right. I am lost I need three estimates to give to the attorney when we go and I cant even get a call back from contractors because as soon as I say we are not sure when we will be able to start because we are having to prove to the insurance that the damage is here. Jeff Head gave me an estimate to fix ONE room when I called him and told him I didnt understand the estimate because he knew the whole house has to be fixed all he tells me is just dont get it where I have to go to court I dont have time for that. Where when the insurance engineer was saying it was a bad install problem on all of this Jeff wanted the engineers report and was taking to his attorney. How in the hell do I not take him to court his company put the roof on and they NEVER said anything about rafter being broke or anything so that is good evidence for us. Oh I dont know anymore I am just tired of dealing with this mess.
