Goooooooooood Saturday morning my most awesome Bids and Buddettes! Wet and nasty so gonna be down day for me! Christmas shopping done-all one of them-lol! Below are some very good ideas for today and thought Id just share given I am not thinking too clearly this morning. I think I gave myself a concussion Thursday trying to assemble a Computer desk I have really wanted for sometime. After Thurs--not so sure-lol! Heres how it went: Desk came by Fed Ex Wed nite late right? So cracked it open just to make sure all was there and in acceptable condition ok? Saw that all was well so I thought--an early day tomm so I can put this awesome baby together right? Its comin--just be patient ok? Got up early Thurs morning on the WRONG side of the bed?? Not in a good mood, not praying as I normally do. Grouchy I am now and also had forgoten to ready the coffee pot for 5:00AM delivery right? Made coffee and while it was hummin thought Id take a peek at the instruction manual for desk--WRONG again--NO manual! My mood suddenly went beyond irritable Ok-Grrrrrrrrrrr is more descriptive now! Spent near an hour on phone and online trying to get manual for my desk I have wanted (not necc needed). So while Im on hold for 40 minute I decided to rearrange office for some intense labor ok! As I was clearing away furniture, files, electronics etc, I was bent over beside old desk right? Hold on, here it is! Phone rang---I raised up with the intense passion that Jesus raised Lazarus-not realizing clear- my position to the old desk. The right side of my forehead met the corner of desk with enough force to bring down the walls of Jericho--lol! All I can do at this point is drop to my knees. Not knowing what had just happened or where I was at in bewilderment I ask, Was it Oak Ridge finally exploding? Was it an Epiphany or had Jesus finally come back? NO--it was my head exploding in agonizing pain! So--while still on my knees--I prayed which had I done 1st thing, I would not have rushed to get my intended day of labor started and certainly not upset over trivial things as the coffee or instruction manual not available?? So you ask, whats your point to all this? If i want my day to come together--I cannot always depend having laid out instructions available. Bu,t if I start my day with prayer to the One who will provide me with His instructions my day will come together just as my awesome desk did after got my priorities in order!
