Got many friends sadly at the moment going through tough times, these times do pass, believe me as I talk from experience and now Im able to look back and realise the laughs, heartwarming moments, the pride you feel in seeing how you did make a difference in peoples lives and more importantly for me animals lives, I would have missed out on all that had I have chosen a different option. Pick up the phone, message someone, just reach out as someone will be there and will understand exactly what it is your going through, most people at some point in their lives have felt exactly as your feeling now and did see the light at the end of that dark tunnel, its there you just got to keep going, doesnt matter how long it takes and I guarantee you will come out of this a much stronger person.
