Got some extra incentive today at the doctors appointment as the doctor mentioned to me about gastric bypass surgery for the first time. Honestly never really thought about it. Dont get me wrong it may be for other people but Im not to that point to consider it a option. I have a great support system, I know my past choices are the root of it and in 70 days I have dropped 40lbs.
