Got up this morning and about an hour into being awake I started getting a headache, It progressively got worse so I gave myself a shot, That really screwed me up cause I was down for an hour and a half recouping. Then the rest of the day was alright but earlier I went outside to talk with my neighbor and see her doggie and ended up sitting down in the alley having pains and cramps in my right side of chest. No idea what the hell it was. I came in and rested for a couple hours and it calmed down. I asked for a sweat lodge for next week for a few people I know that can use some powerful prayers. I know at this time I need to pay attention to Creator and the way he is leading me right now.
