Governor Isac Kiprono Ruto you are almost disappointing us! Governors are now busy gazetting their county financial xpenditure while you are still marketing the county and posting tourism attraction sites which havent even been renovated? Look at Governor kinuthia mbugua of nakuru county for example, his wonderful xpenditures whom he embrace education as the basis of dvt, he set 120M for bursaries, employed 2200 teachers within the county, 280M for reconstruction of nursery schools, motivated students by distributing them uniforms which benefit 130000 students! Thats only sector of education i havent touch the sector of roads, street lights, stadiums, health sectors and the rest which he pumped alot of money! Now comes to our county no money, we are almost ourselves butchering with cdfs ? And still we defend mheshimiwa! #nyikanet#
