Great Article on a Recent Case near Fort Hood. Those people who are called in as jurors for Criminal Proceeding need to educate themselves. The reason for a Trial by Jury of your peers is to allow the defendant a Non-Government fair hearing not bound by political or government bias on his case. Judges Instructions are not to be trusted because they reflect the judges opinion on what is valid and what is not valid and may or may not reflect his or the governments bias in a particular case. Educate yourself folks, the only way to really get the justice system we want in this country is to adhere to established principles rather than rolling over to New Wave ideas where the Government knows best model that is becoming more and more prevalent in todays society.
