Great minds build structures not only in heart but in a land occupy by. positive thinkers. This is a generation where students, youths and human right activists must either rise to effect a change where necessary or suffer in silence. The photos bellow is a clear example for any selfish leader to learn because it has come a time where things must be done rightly, be it in micro politics or macro. On Saturday 6/7/2013 between the hours of 9am to 2pm, students from several institutions converged at the open pavilion of University of Calabar to deliberate on the way forward of National Association of Cross River State students WorldWide. This meeting tagged: Nacriss Worldwide Joint Congress with all the Local Governments that make up this association. Upon deliberation, pertinent issues that has been ffecting the association for about one month now were perfectly resolved. One of such was the illegal constitution produced by some members of this association with different contradictions, to what should be obtained. Second was the dissolution of the illegal electoral committee instituted to conduct elections for this association. It is pleasing to note that everything that took place on this day was democratic in nature; and was withnessed by students across the 18 local government areas of the state. In resolving this problemss, a new electoral committee was set up immediately on the floor of the congress to function in this capacity, but before this was done the illegal constitution was first suspended in the same congress.
