Great night of Rob Kaman Muay Thai with Kevin Pyles and Judo at the Nito Judo Club with Sensei Woody Bostic. Muay Thai was cool, because we worked on combining our hard and soft defense as well as out strikes and our jab hook combos with a low kick and check. Judo was great, because we worked on our uchi komi ( judo form practice for fitting in for throws). After that, Sensei Woody showed us the Juji ( armbar roll) for review and then we got to do some standing randori ( where you attempt to throw your opponent). Donnell looked great and it was fun watching, Greg and Matt, Jake and Julian and Sensei Woody and Sensei Jim Heaton doing Randori. Great times :)
