Greetings church. I am taking the liberty of asking for prayer on behalf of the Operation Serve International Team. August 29th will be here before you can blink. As time draws near, I cannot express to you the depth and strength of the spiritual warfare surrounding the team. Great sacrifice, and great faith has brought us to this point. We have folks who are leaving their businesses, aged and infirm family members, ministries, pets, taking unpaid leave from work ,etc . I mention this not to wave the pharisees oh look at me and my righteousness flag . I am asking you as a church body to honestly and earnestly pray for us as we seek to serve and be the best possible representatives of Christ. Please pray for our team members, our health, family members, jobs, finances...pray for continued unity in the team, pray for our encounters, pray that we will be ever so sensitive to divine appointments, yielded to the Holy spirit for direction and the right words. Pray for travel, pray for all of our supplies to get through customs, and for there to be enough for both villages. Please keep us covered starting now, not waiting until 8/29. We are all sensing the vulnerability of being in the field, and sensing the Holy Spirit poising Himself to do something . We want to be effective, unfettered by worries, brave and bold. We humbly ask you all to stand in the gap for us ! We love and thank you for this , and all you have done to send us!
