Guess I need to send out an update. Had my regular apt in mid July with Onc and radiation Onc. Unfortunately, there was so much infection, inflammation in my lung they could not get a clear view of the tumor to measure it . On top of that, 6 weeks after my vocal surgery, I had another headache and lost my voice. I have just finished antibiotics to fight lung infection but it does not seem to be completely healed. Dr thinks it may take 6 mos. I am being referred to a laryngologist at U of Alabama. I so appreciate your faithful prayers for me and esp for my mom as she enters the final stretch of the race.
