Guess what I have? Shingles. Yay. I always thought only old people got that. Or maybe I am officially old? No. No, I am not. But, yet that is what I have. And it is, no doubt, caused by stress. I have been under so much stress lately. Jim actually knew what it was when I explained it to him and my doctor confirmed it this morning. Not sure where I would be without him. But, whoever said things get easier with time is a fool. Add everything else on top of it - my parents not doing well - well, my dad but I worry about my mom too, an evil ex-wife, and other things. I did decide last week to start seeing a therapist again. I was seeing one before, actually right before Matthew was killed, when my sister died. Then I kept seeing her after Matt died. Hopefully, I will find someone just as good in Tally. Its amazing what stress can do to your body. I cancelled speaking at my Victim Impact Panel tonight and I rarely do that. Stupid Shingles. And what a ridiculous name for them too.
