Guess while Im sitting here Ill just share this story once more about an incident I had when in the first grade at Bagdad. Mrs. Brawner, of course, was my teacher. I was what some would call..a handful. She had a hard time keeping me seated as I would just pop in and out whenever I wanted to go someplace (to explore). One day I told her that my family and I were moving away. She spent the afternoon gathering my school records and when my oldest sister came by to get me...Mrs. Brawner handed her my school records. Anne (my sister) had a shocked look on her face and ask her why was she giving her my school records. Mrs. Brawner replied that it was because we were moving. Anne looked down at me and then told her that we were just moving a few houses down the road! Ill never forget that look of...disappointment on Mrs. Brawners face. :) I got into a little trouble about that when I got home that day too. :(
