Guess who got a second fridge! My main fridge has so much room now, its feeling empty! I hope to fill it this summer, but have a slight problem. I am almost out the jars laying around my kitchen. I have more jars, my hubby brought them home from his Grandmas, but some of them had old canned food in them. They have been sitting in my spare room and some on more porch (there is a lot). I picked up a random jar the other day and it had liquid in it (yuck) from God knows what. Im a little worried about putting ferments (or anything) in them without some serious sanitation. My dishwasher has a sanitation setting but Im think thats not good enough. What do you think? Boil, bake, bleach?
