HARDLIFE NDAZI,GUMEDE S RIGHT HAND MAN...................HWANGE...................Contorvesial Hwange based referee Hardlife Ndazi is Gumede s right handman after all.Hardlife Ndazi who works at the colliery failed to report at work today as he was said to have visited Dumiso Gumede.Hard is a close friend of Gumede ,they spent most of the time together .He gave an excuse that he wanted to visit Gumede at his rural area as he said a close relative of Gumede was not feeling well.Gumede always frequent this place because they are close friends,no wonder why you see since last year Ndazi has officiated so many games because of the influence of Gumede.We have got many referees here in Hwange and Vic Falls but they are not called because they are not friends of Gumede,said a workmate of Ndazi .Dumiso Gumede is the Zifa head of Referees since 2012.Eversince Gumede took over the post many questions have been asked as to what criteria he uses when appointing match officials .Hardlife is a hwange colliery worker but was chosen to officiate a hwange vs dynamos match at the colliery,its like you appoint simon Sachiti to officiate a dynamos vs Caps match. Ndazi is based in Matebeleland so why did Gumede appointed him to officiate the Bosso/Caps match at babourfields this season,or the howmine /dynamos match at Luveve.This shows that Gumede has got an agenda against teams from the north.On saturday when everybody thought that they will be a neutral referee from either Midlands or Manicaland ,Gumede chose his friend Ndazi who later gave Bosso a dubious soft penalty.Triangle were robbed with same referee at Bf in the Mbada cup against Bosso.Caps were denied a clear penalty with this Ndazi again at Bf this season.Hardlife Ndazi is a man on a mission.
