HEALTHY HELPER: Refocus and Write it Down. Yes, take time to write your goals down and decide WHY you are working towards them. This may be a short-term thing, like getting fit for a class reunion, or it may be a long-term goal, like avoiding genetic health issues. Either way, you set the goal and YOU need to keep yourself accountable. I write my goals on my mirror (both my personal goals and fitness goals). Some of my friends put their workout DVD right next to the TV so they cannot sit on the couch without completing their daily workout. Whatever works for you, find it and commit to it!
