HEAVEN: OUR HOME ON HIGH 1.The PATHWAY: The CROSS is THE ONLY LADDER tall enough to reach heaven. CHRIST is THE ONLY WAY to heaven, all other paths are DETOURS TO DOOM! The man who wants to go to heaven should study the route that will get him there. A MAN WHO WALKS WITH GOD ALWAYS GETS TO THE ETERNAL DESTINATION. THE WAY TO HEAVEN?---TURN R-I-G-H-T AT CALVARY AND KEEP GOING S-T-R-A-I-G-H-T TO GLORY! The way to heaven is too straight for the man who wants to walk crooked. THE ROAD TO HEAVEN IS NEVER OVERCROWDED! Enter ye in at the strait gate...Because strait is the gate and narrow is the way, which leadeth unto life, and few there be that find it.{Matthew 7:13,14}. 2.The PROVISION: Let the word on the door of hell be written, DESERVED, but on the door of heaven be written, FREE GIFT. If a man could work his way into heaven, he would brag himself into hell! 3.The PILGRIMAGE: WHERE YOU GO HEREAFTER DEPENDS ON WHAT YOU GO AFTER HERE! 4.The PREACHING/PROPAGATION: IF YOU ARE ON YOUR WAY TO HEAVEN, YOU WILL BE BUSY FINDING OTHERS TO TAKE ALONG. 5.The PROSPECTS: ***Eternal REST, ***Everlasting REJOICING, ***Extraordinary REWARDS&RECOMPENSE, ***Exaltation to REIGN WITH HIM, ***Exceeding RELIEFS: *No More TEARS, *No More TEMPESTS, *No More TESTS, *No More TEMPTATIONS, *No More TRIALS, *No More TERRORS, *No More TRIBULATIONS, *No More TROUBLES, *No More TRAUMAS, etc. *No More DISEASES, *No More DESOLATION, *No More DEVASTATIONS, *No More DEPRIVATION, *No More DANGERS, *No More DISAPPOINTMENTS, *No More DISTRESS, *No More DISCORD, *No More DEATH, etc. 6.The PLEADING: CHRIST who tells us of heaven with all its happiness also tells us of hell with all its horrors. BEWARE!---There is ONE WAY TO STAY OUT OF HELL {the Highway of Holiness}, but there is NO WAY TO GET OUT OF HELL! Hell is prepared for those who prepare for it by rejecting Christ. 7.The PREPARATION: Our passionate plea and preoccupying pursuit must be: LORD, while YOU are busy preparing A PLACE FOR ME, prepare me, as well, for that place. HOLD LIGHTLY to the things of earth, but CLING TIGHTLY to heavenly things. 8.The PERSEVERANCE: SEPARATION is the law of earth; REUNION is the law of heaven. Earth is the land of DYING; heaven is the land of LIVING. IF LIVING MEANS GRACE---TO DIE MEANS GLORY! Heavens DELIGHTS will far outweigh earths DIFFICULTIES. The TRIALS of earth are nothing compared to the TRIUMPHS of heaven. The GAINS AND LAURELS of heaven will more than compensate for the GRIEFS AND LOSSES of earth. ENDURE TO THE END! ...he that shall endure unto the end, the same shall be saved.{Matthew 24:13}.
