HR Generalist A leading Garments manufacturing company located at 10th of Ramadan city is seeking to hire a HR Generalist. With the following competences: · University degree in Business administration or any related discipline, HR studies (certificate) is a must. · 0-3 yrs experience in the Human Resources field. · Excellent command of English language written and spoken · Very good organization and ability to work under pressure and deadlines. · Very good interviewing skills. · Excellent computer skills (specially MS. Office package) · Ability to verbally communicate effectively with others · Resident of 10th of Ramadan city nearest areas are most welcomed Benefits - Basic salary 2000 L.E. + transportation allowances - Private medical care - Social insurance Lucky candidate should performer the following tasks: Assets senior Human sources specialist in implementing human resources planning , policies and procedures. Assist senior Human resources specialist managing the recruitment process - this includes developing job Profiles in accordance with the concerned department , preparing advertisements, checking application forms, short listing, interviewing and selecting candidates. Screening applicants Resumes, building and maintaining a reliable Candidates data base to computer software systems, and manual filing systems to facilitate and ensure easy retrieval and fulfilling company recruitment needs. Frequently update the recruitment history report. Assisting in various human Resources Projects (Manpower Planning – succession planning). Participate in Designing and conducting new employee orientations. Extract the TNA from the Performance Analysis. Recommend, develop and schedule training and development courses. Maintaining the Performance Management System to get its analysis quarterly Conduct exit interviews to identify reasons for employee turnover Issuing reports for turnover rates, hires, transfers, promotions, disciplinary actions, and terminations Act as an intermediary between HR department and other company departments Maintaining an updated organization structure, relevant job profiles and performance management forms. Reviewing employees housing lists Reviewing, calculating and amending foreigners experts salaries and providing them with salary sheets and attendance status.
