Had a mini meltdown last night. Im at a staff training in Unalakleet Alaska and teachers are making kuspuks from 100% cotton fabric. Rather than anyone gathering up the scraps (some are 1/2 yard in size), they have been throwing them in the trash can. I put two boxes out last night when I discovered what is going on and a note that I would use the scraps for quilts to give to someone in the village. Boxes are nearly full and I cant wait to see what I get to leave with tomorrow.
