Hadlow College near Tonbridge is slaughtering rooks and crows and has been for a number of weeks. There are two well-established rookeries in the vicinity which have been there longer than the college. I can only remember one other time that they did the same thing, which was about thirty years ago. Confronted the two shooters a week ago who said theyre only crows and rooks. Today I went directly to the Principals house, may as well beard them in their dens, he said send an email! I will, of course, but will also go to the next Parish Council meeting, the Chairman is also the Colleges Estate Manager (they sure know how to work the system) and make a complaint there too. And, of course, there will be a declaration in the back of our car. Its very frustrating. We all know what Id really like to do . . . .
