Hand on Heart Jewellery, Penrith We are looking for a Customer Service Assistant to join our friendly Studio team in Penrith, Cumbria. This is a temporary position on an initial nine month contract which may be renewed. Core Responsibilities • Processing online and telephone orders, payments and enquiries • Dispatching and receiving printing kits • Online stock ordering • Blog writing and adding to the CMS • Assisting the Production team with polishing and preparing artwork • Packing and dispatching orders and preparing post ready for collection The successful candidate will have a friendly, bubbly personality, be highly computer and internet literate with a positive can do attitude. A good basic knowledge about our business, products and target market is essential, as is having the ability to work on their own initiative and as part of a team. Any eCommerce knowledge or experience will be an advantage as will basic Photoshop experience.
