Happy Howl-o-ween! Although usually associated with being scary creatures at Halloween, here we have some very cute guests at our #RSPCAWildlifeHospital. With our recent October heatwave earlier this week, these little ones couldnt cope and were brought in for care. These baby flying foxes range from 7.5 weeks of age to just being born! Most came from Canungra with a few premature babies from other areas of Queensland. Trish from Australian Bat Clinic & Wildlife Trauma Centre is currently caring for these tiny creatures until they can be released back into the wild to start their journey. We have some handy tips on our website on how you can live harmoniously with bats and what to do if you come across one that needs help - rspcaqld.org.au/what-we-do/care-for-animals/animal-care-advice/wildlife-care-tips/living-with-bats If you find a sick or injured animal please call our animal emergency hotline on 1300 ANIMAL. rspcaqld.org.au/what-we-do/care-for-animals/wildlife-hospital
