Happy Hump Day! If we can just get over the hump well be good to go! Its been a long week...sick kid, lots to do, big race coming up, lots to do, Halloween, sick kid....did I mention sick kid and lots to do? OH WELL....LETS GET ON WITH IT! Melodie got a shout out yesterday....its Aprils turn! Aprils goal has been fitness model/physique competition ready...in just under a month, we got her body fat down almost 10% and increased her lean body mass by just over 12pounds! Again, no pills, creams, magic shakes! Just HARD ASS WORK and CLEAN, CLEAN eating! Kudos to April today! FYI...for you ladies that think youre gonna gain a bunch of weight and look like a man, April has only gained 2 pounds since starting. Fitness models are not manly, bulky or big! Look at your Shape or Fitness For Her Magazines...Just sayn.... Now lets get your workout! Workout: 100 jump rope 10 Kettlebell swings 10 burpees 10 medicine ball push ups REPEAT Newbies x 3-5 Intermediate x 5-8 Advanced x 10+ Badasses x ??? (Whatd ya got)
