Happy Monday Afternoon My Fellow POLIers! here is the low down, so far :) 1. Alex and I need to divide/ discuss the US readings; Riley is doing Canada and Melissa, Europe. 2. we need to make sure that we are analytical and dont just provide summaries of the readings- This is where other groups have lost marks, it is difficult knowing the time restraints.( I think its a fine line in being analytical and thought provoking, whilst also providing enough ground work for other students to work off in the discussion. ) 3. We have to submit our discussion questions on MyCourses by 5pm on Wednesday so we need to have them written by then. 4. We have to make sure we control the disussion, we cannot let our T.A continuously rephrase and run the discussion like she is a little prone to do. 5. We think it would be cool to have Visual Aids! maps pictures etc, (y) 6. We plan to meet again on Wednesday afternoon at 5:30 Location TBA. -fin- (y)
