Happy Monday everyone! Hope you all had an awesome weekend and got to watch the Seahawks win! Monday is our Insurance Tip Day. Here are five important things to remember if you are involved in a car accident. 1. Move you vehicle to the side of the road or to a safe area, put on your flashers. 2. See if anyone requires medical assistance, and call 911 right away even if you arent entirely sure if they need treatment. 3. Assess the damages to all vehicles involved, take pictures if you are able to, and call the police to fill out an accident report. 4. Collect all information from everyone involved. Names, addresses, drivers license number, insurance information including policy number. 5. Never admit to being at fault, even if you believe that you are, and contact your insurance company to notify them of you being in an accident and provide them with as much information as you are able to. Being involved in an accident is a scary and unnerving experience, but if you keep calm and focus on trying to collect as much info as you can, this will help you feel more in control and help you cope with a difficult situation.
