Happy New Year!!! 2015 is here! YOGA: Lets make this simple. Practice yoga for a minimum of 10 minutes a day. Many of us have gotten out of a good rhythm with our practice over the holidays and stress, partying, and general busyness may have gotten the best of us, so just giving yourself the gift of 10 minutes is a measurable and achievable goal! And lots of times youll find yourself craving more time on the mat, and if that happens, take it! Before each practice, take a quiet moment to set an intention for how youd like to FEEL the rest of the day. Here is a class on YogaGlo I taught, called Find Your Way Back Into Yoga to help get you back to your practice: https://yogaglo/class/3028 HEALTH: Im not one to advocate that we all go on a diet to purge the holiday excess or do a 30 day cleanse or something intense like that! With the theme of keeping it simple, do this: 1. Drink at least one more liter of water than you have been drinking 2. Add one more serving of greens/vegetables in your day than youve been eating. 3. Eliminate one sweet or sugary food from your daily intake Thatll do just fine! Report your progress and invite a friend to join the group and do it together! Big love in the new year - LETS DO THIS!!
