Happy Teachers Day :) Rest for only St. Thomas High School Dilsukhnagar Students Greetings from Rama krishna sir (I, Ravi Shankar, on his behalf, Batch 2001, St. Thomas High School) It is regarding Rama Krishna sir (X class Social studies teacher, St. Thomas High School)’ life ambition, Shatha Chandii yaagam, that he is trying to perform for the well being of the world. He wants it to perform ideally in the month of December, and before his complete loss of vision, sad thing but true. He has been with the same school for over 30 years now, and due to his nonchalance for School principal personal favors, his salary hasn’t been given a hike for the past 10 years or so. It is shocking situation, when most of us, look forward to change a company when the hike for a single year is not up to the mark, owing to market conditions. A general human tendency, though we are his students, being more pragmatic to the living conditions, not a thing to discuss about. However, to drive the point home, he is being loyal to our school, even though there has been no hike in his salary for over a decade. As quite a few of us, already know, he has never taught his own children with special attention, unlike, for us, where he was ever ready for any personal professional education, even for metaphysical matters, that I can never understand. By the time you see the mail; I am very sure most of us are professionally settled and married and even have children. It is an urge/ request/ order from him, for each of us to help him to achieve his life ambition. I earnestly request you to contribute to an amount to a total sum of just Rs. 600,000 towards him. I am pretty sure, with his students settled very well in India and abroad can contribute towards this Great Contribution towards mankind.
