Has anyone an opinion on insurance companies ? Id been with suncorp for 10 years and was happy to pay the high premiums because of previous good customer service. Last year they shafted me. I wouldnt have minded the claim (first in many years) being knocked back but they refused to assess it, just kept jumping me through bureaucratic hoops. So Im looking for house/contents/car/caravan insurance. Ive got quotes from youi, about a grand less than suncorp. Ive looked online but people usually only post reviews when they have had a bad experience and the numbers are roughly equivalent to the size of the company. Any thoughts appreciated.
