Have the Smartest Guys / Gals in the Room (Fed) finally painted - TopicsExpress

Have the Smartest Guys / Gals in the Room (Fed) finally painted themselves into a corner? So QE has played out ...something that many analysts said to be impossible while Operation Twist has been so twisted that even bringing back Chubby Checker cannot save the bond market. Reverse Repos? No way, Jose. Rehypothecation bail-ins? Maybe. And maybe thats what the FEMA camps are about! (joke - I hope) So how about Nationalization of the Fed Dealer Banks? Uh, well, I used to believe that nationalization of the Primary Dealer Banks was the only solution to financial Armageddon. But thats not really possible now, because 2/3rds of all Fed Dealer Banks are foreign-owned, and the Peoples Bank of China wont play. What other options do the Money Masters have? There is no gold standard to vacate, and the defacto bullion bank standard based on stolen sovereign gold is one of the few monetary mechanisms keeping the patient alive. So the sale of physical US gold reserves is an impossibility as well, despite what you hear on Breakout and CNBC. US sale of physical gold reserves would sound the death knell for the USD. On that note, how interesting that a new strain of ebola has emerged at a time when the Money Masters appear to have been exposed to a financial version of the same malady. Namely mutating monetary policy to such an extent - to keep the Ponzi afloat - that no sane person truly knows what sound monetary policy should look like. As Ive said before though, the Money Masters cant crash the system until they figure out some means to profit from the aftermath - thats the major problem they face. Which is nothing compared to the problem we all face, should such a monetary event occur. But I dont see any good solutions and remain seriously negative in outlook. That is unfortunate because thats not good on a personal level. But I agree with Rickards major points in the video, even if he is just pushing his new book. The former United States has destabilized the world for many years now to maintain the USD - and by the way using stolen physical gold as part of that ie for debt collateral - but how much more destabilization can be done? Are we there yet? Or do the Smartest Guys / Gals in the Room have another new rabbit to pull out of the hat?
