Heads up Waverley neighbors!!! A man came to my door just a few minutes ago and kinda freaked me out!! He was driving an older model maroon SUV. He was wearing a bright orange shirt, he was thin, clean shaven and looked like a nice guy, maybe in his 50s. He rang my doorbell and then walked back off my porch. When I answered the door he said he was David Cox and he was looking for a garage apartment to rent and he saw mine and kinda pointed to my driveway and garage. I said that was my garage??? Then he asked if I knew of any place he could rent. I said, no and he turned to walk away. He immediately pulled his cell out and started texting as he walked and got into his car and kept texting. This all seemed strange and a bit scary. I have made a police report. So, everyone keep your eyes open in case hes still in our neighborhood.
