Heaths family of the Kandy Krew now named Kramer because of how silly he is, sent us a WONDERFULLY Written update on him!!! Hi Dawn! Kramer has brought so much fun and joy into our household. I have to say that after moving here more than 3 years ago, our condo is just now feeling like a home now that we have Kramer to talk to and play with every day. He is so full of personality. He goes through play/sleep cycles several times a day--just like a baby would. He jumps into our laps and loves to cuddle with us whenever were sitting still for a while! Right now, he is absolutely having a blast with the three Christmas trees that I have throughout the house. I chose to not use the glass ornaments I used to decorate one of the trees with--great decision as he loves playing with the ornaments, hiding under the tree skirts (no presents under the trees yet), running by and hitting the bells I decorated one with b/c they werent breakable (hahaha), and in the biggest tree--get this--he climbs into the middle from the back and hides in there and peeks out at us as we watch tv! LOL!!!! They are all artificial trees and hes scattered needles from the trees everywhere! At least he has yet to knock one over, but even if he did, I made sure not to put anything on them that would hurt him or break. The trees are his big kitty toys as the things on them look just like what he must think are kitty toys! He has a short kitty tree/scratching post that he sits in at the front window each morning and watches for people/cars/birds going by. At night, he climbs into his taller kitty tree near our fireplace and sleeps on the top. He absolutely has me laughing so hard that Im crying when he fetches his cat nip toy that was in his welcome bag. I say bring me your kitty and he will often go and find it, slide all over the floor with it, and then drop it at my feet for me to throw across the hardwoods again for him to fetch!!! Ive never seen a fetching cat before! He is such a social kitty as he loves on us to death if we go out of town for a few days. I have a friend that checked on him twice and he played with her the whole time. She fell in love with him too! I will try and gather some pictures and send them to you sometime this week! Cindy P.S. I almost forgot--I wanted to ask you about one of his crazy behaviors. He loves to jump into my sinks and lick the faucets! He jumped into the laundry room sink (which is deep and next to his litter box) and licked the faucet so I carefully turned it on to a medium flow to see if hed get out. He just sat there and drank the water and then played in the drops left in the bottom of the sink! I wondered if he had one of the flowing fountain type water bowls at your house b/c none of my previous cats ever did this. Its funny, but I do worry about drinking from the kitchen faucet after hes licked it! LOL! He knows hes not allowed on the kitchen counter, but I know he gets up there whenever Im not around! I feel that I should clean it before I use it each time--thats the nurse in me, I guess!
